    We take card security very seriously, that's why we have a number of different payment options to suit you best.

    Credit / Debit Card Payments

    We use SecureTrading as our online payment provider whom are the UK's leading independant payment processor and are Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. By making use of SecureTrading we have the most sophisticated online trading system available. It allows us to safely process your credit card payment with the bank, and complete the financial transactions securely behind protected firewalls.
    When purchasing from our store choose 'Credit/Debit Card' from the drop down options in 'Payment Method' and you will be taken to SecureTrading's secure server where you can enter your card details in complete confidence. As this part of shopping with us is completed on SecureTrading's secure server we never get to see your card information. No personal or financial details are left unencrypted on a remote server, and such details are never sent by internet email.     If you have a PayPal account choose 'PayPal' in the drop down options in 'Payment Method' area of the checkout to be taken to PayPal's secure server where you can either pay using your PayPal account or credit /debit card.

    Telephone Payments

    If you prefer not to use your credit/debit card over the internet then you can call us on 0118 983 3310 where one of our members of staff will be happy to take you payment details and/or answer any questions you may have. Lines are open Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.30 and Saturday 8.30 - 16.00. Please choose 'Call With Card Details' from the drop down options in the 'Payment Method' area of the checkout, this will send us your order information and give you an order number, you can then call us with your order number and card details to complete your transaction.

    Cash on Delivery

    You may also pay for your order at the time of delivery. Please note that if you choose this option you will need to be at home when your goods are delivered as we are unable to leave orders without payment.
