Returning Items

If you need to reteun any items to us please contact us first by either email at returns@petfoodstore.co.uk or by telephone on 0118 983 3310.

Please note any items returned must be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.

Items not required can be returned to our shop at Reading Road, Burghfield Common RG7 3BL Click here for a map where you will be issued with a credit note for the full value of the items.

If items have been delivered incorrectly or faulty please contact us and we will arrange a suitable time with you to collect the items and either replace or refund at your request.

We will not refund for damage found to be caused by misuse or violent destruction.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
